Ordering with RELAX Dog
 
Confirmation
When your order is received, you will be emailed an order confirmation. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that we are unable to deliver your order we will inform you and cancel the order.

 

Payment
We accept payment via PayPal or transfer to our bank account. In the event that you transfer to our bank account you confirm payment by sending us a copy of the bank transfer.
We will guide via email.

 

Prices
All displayed prices include Portuguese VAT of 23%. Prices do not include payment or delivery charges. RELAX retains the right to change prices at any time. 



VAT exempt purchases (for customers outside of the EU)
We offer tax free purchases on orders from non-EU countries. Tax exemption do not include payment or delivery charges. VAT (23% of total price) will be removed automatically in the checkout process when the shipping country is selected.

 

Right of return
Purchases can be returned for a refund if the purchase is defect upon arrival. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused. You will be refunded for the value of the product(s), including the outgoing shipping. Return shipping costs will not be refunded. In addition, the following criteria must be met:

- All original packaging with pricing, labels, hang tags etc. must be intact.

- No tape is to be attached to the product or the product’s packaging. 


Returns which do not comply with the above listed criteria risk being refused. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so send the package with a traceable service so it can be located. All returns along with order number should be sent to the Returns address highlighted on your package.

Please remember to write: 
"RETURN AND REPAIRS" 
on the outside of the package to ensure a swift transit through any customs offices it may encounter.  
 We do not offer exchanges. Instead, for the smoothest service, please place a new order for your desired item. Once we receive your return we process your refund.

Warranty claims
All RELAX Dog products come with a warranty against faults in materials and manufacture. This warranty covers production faults and expires when the product is delivered to the customer.

If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact customer service. Include order number, photos of the suspected fault and a brief description of the claim. 


 

Delivery
We make an effort to be able to ship our goods to as many countries as possible, and you are always welcome to write us and we will do our best to accommodate your wish.

 

Delivery time
- Europe: 3-5 working days. 

- Rest of the world: 5-7 working days. 
Inside Europe we ship with DHL
 - Outside Europe we ship with TNT.

 

Personal information
RELAX Dog handles your personal information in the strictest confidence. We will never give any of your personal information to third parties and all information entered is encrypted under handling.
